Our Team
David Meyer
David Meyer co-founded Knightspoint in 2004 and sits on the Executive Committee. He has served as Chairman of the Board at both CPI Corp. and Ashworth, Inc. and as Chairman of the Compensation Committee at Sharper Image, Inc. Before coming to Knightspoint, he was a Director in both the Mergers and Acquisitions and Global Industrials groups at Credit Suisse First Boston. Mr. Meyer received a B.S. in Engineering from Princeton University and an MBA from the Graduate School of Business at Stanford University.
Michael Koeneke
Michael Koeneke co-founded Knightspoint in 2004 and sits on the Executive Committee. Before coming to Knightspoint, he was Global Head of Mergers and Acquisitions at both First Boston and Merrill Lynch. Mr. Koeneke received a B.A. from the University of Michigan and an MBA from Harvard University.
